Capitol Residences is the result of a creative collaboration between the Macdonald Group, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra (VSO) and Wall Financial Corporation.  It is a 43 storey, 372-unit residential development located in Vancouver’s Entertainment District.  Its striking curved structure houses an expanded Orpheum Theatre, a new rehearsal and recital hall for the VSO, and the VSO School of Music where members of the Symphony teach classes.  This community contribution has been a significant benefit to the overall music and performing arts scene in Vancouver. These homes were released to the market in 2007, selling out within a 6-month period.  Construction completion was early 2011.
