Panoramic views and loft-style homes in the Midtown district.

One Lexington is a landmark in the Midtown district of Phoenix, Arizona.  It is a collection of loft-style residences in a 17 storey high rise tower, directly across the street from an LRT station.  These homes feature high ceilings, concrete and steel construction and have spectacular panoramic views.  In one of the most difficult real estate markets in North America, Macdonald Development U.S.A. purchased, rebranded, and marketed this project, with a record-breaking sellout of all the homes in October of 2011.
