The award-winning Murchies development is an imaginative reuse of an existing warehouse in Vancouver’s Yaletown district.  These 77 condominium residences completed sales and construction in 1996. This project was one of the earliest conversions in terms of vision, very much at the forefront of the transformation of Yaletown that took place in the subsequent decade.
