Vacation homes along the beautiful Okanagan Lake.

Within the Okanagan Land Development Corporation partnership, the Macdonald Group developed 150 vacation homes in West Kelowna on beautiful Okanagan Lake.  This 6.5-acre lakefront development is operated as a resort where owners have the option of renting out their fully furnished suites through a professionally managed hotel style rental program.  A comprehensive pool complex and adjacent marina were key components in accomplishing a sellout in 2007.  Geothermal heating and cooling were incorporated into this project as sustainability strategies which will reduce owner costs on a long-term basis.
